All queries can be dealt with by telephone, on 0161 652 1876, and prescription requests can be made via email Oldccg.southchadderton.P85607@nhs.net as usual.
If you need to order a repeat prescription please email Oldccg.southchadderton.P85607@nhs.net , please only contact the surgery to order medication if you are unable to email your request. Prescriptions take 72 hours to be processed.
We have made the decision to temporarily change all appointments to telephone appointments.
Patients who are given a telephone appointment will be contacted and triaged by a clinician. Please ensure that a safe working distance (2 metres) is maintained between patients and staff. These steps have been taken in the best interests of patients and staff alike.
